Why do we having cravings only when we know we shouldn't have those food?
I never really have craving until I limit my intake on one particular food, and these days, one particular group of food: Carbs.
Is it human nature? Or is it only our mind playing games with us?
No matter what it might be, I've come to moderate my intake of chocolate/Ice Cream/ Pizza and go work out with a blast. It gives me some sort of control over it, instead of my cravings controlling me.

I know exactly what you mean. I do think it's human nature. We tend to want what we can't have. ;0) Maybe you could try doing what I do. Just remind yourself that you
CAN have it, you just choose not to right now. If you want it once you reach your goals, then you can indulge once in a great while. That's the way I'm looking at it to get me through right now.
Good for you! You can't deprive yourself of something - you'll only want it more and if you do have it, you're outta control! Keep up the great work!
Having a little pizza and candy isn't bad it's all over caloeries
You can lower the all over calories by splitting a personal pizza and having a huge salad or sharing a thin crust pizza with salad.
I find when I say I can have it all but do I want it I will eat more healthy stuff.
