
I went on a date yesterday and of course we decided to go to a bar a grab couple of beer.
The date was ok, no sparks but good conversation.
After two pints of beer, the conversation got better and my diet never existed.
After the date was over, I called my girlfriend to join me another round of drinks, and there goes my diet. To makeup for my poor diet attempts, need to do extra 20 minutes of cardio today.

I hate how alcohol can make you forget the important things... although, sometimes it also makes me feel thin, until the next more when I feel like a fattie with a hang over. Duh!
