It's the New Year

So...It's a new year and we have a clean slate to shape up our diet, exercise, personal life, career, and of course our play life.
My goal: To be back on phase 1 of South Beach Diet for the next 4 weeks.
Exercise: To run the 5K run in March, so start to train running 20 minutes a day and increase that to 3 miles by March.
Personal life: Need to date more people...To at least go on one date every two weeks. That's good...right?
Career: Work smarter, not harder.
Play Life: To go on 3 vacation this year. I have the skiing trip in March, spring fling trip w/ girlfriends in April and Family vacation trip in August.

Brain Goal: Read more books.
