If you weigh less than this, you either have a fast metabolism or are about to gain weight.
If you weigh more than this, you may be losing a few pounds soon!

Wow...It's been awhile....

It's been awhile since I last updated. I've been busy with my life and just recently had a death in my family. Since my last update, I have lost 27 lbs, and now weight 171lb. I am closer to my goal weight.

Basically...CUT out the carbs, and eat more often!
